Lacy Construction’s proprietary Planned Production & Resources (PP&R) construction process brings predictable consistency to our projects. Based upon proven manufacturing process theory, PP&R:

• Provides accurate pricing and scheduling

• Provides flexibility and delivers accountability at the point of impact – on the job site where decisions are made

• Provides peace of mind from project start to completion

The four steps of our proprietary PP&R process are:

1. Research the project – Determine the goals and the pivotal components necessary for the most affordable, most economical and most expedient completion of the work.

2. Dissect the components – Isolate the basic components from which each project is constructed and develop multiple plans to construct each component.

3. Select and price –Select the component plans that best meet your project goals. We then price the selected components and assemble the project for bidding.

4. Construction – Our crews study and schedule the work, executing the production and resources plan in detail.
